Muang Long is a city in Northern Laos.
Understand
Muang Long is a mountainous district west of Muang Sing, that Shares 50 Km-long border with Mynamar. There are over nine ethnic groups in this heavily Akaha district. Other ethnic groups in the area include Thai Leu, Kouy Soung, Hmong, Kouy Luang, Laen Taen, and Tai Daeng. Muang Long is between Muang Sing (45 km) and Xieng Kok (35 Km)

The main attractions in Muang Long is trekking to unspoiled hill tribe villages, the beautiful scenery along the Long River, the Long District morning market and spending time seeing life in a small Lao village.
